How Bexel LIMS Works
1. Chain of Custody Creation
- Role: Coordinator.
- The sample is received and logged. The digital chain of custody records condition, procedure, date and collector.
2. Lab Job Order
- Role: Coordinator.
- The Coordinator creates the lab job order.
3. Assign Chemist
- Role: Supervisor.
- The Supervisor assigns a chemist to the job order.
4. Sample Analysis
- Role: Chemist.
- The Chemist applies the sample test and updates the test report.
5. Validate and Approve
- Roles: Supervisor and Lab Manager.
- Results are validated and approved, or rejected, with a full ISO 17025 audit trail.
6. CoA Issued
- The audit-ready Certificate of Analysis is issued.
QR Label Printing
- QR label printing is part of the workflow.
